Basic
Cause-&-Effect Analysis (13 minutes)
This is the famous and
all-time favorite "fishbone" diagram.
This technique was invented and introduced by the Father of QC Circles, Kaoru
Ishikawa. It is one of the cornerstones of modern small group
problem-solving activities. It is sometimes referred to as the Ishikawa of
fishbone diagram. The objectives are to:
